New York author JAKE PACKARD will speak about and sign his new novel,
The Manhattan Prophet.

Set in the near future in New York City, Packard's debut novel is set in a world where doomsayers' predictions have come true and where a limited nuclear exchange between the West and radical Islam has traumatized society and left civilization in a new Dark Age. In the midst of this darkness emerges Salem Jones, who, from his lifelong home in Rikers Island Prison, has started a global spiritual movement to spread a message of faith to the downcast surviving billions. His journey through hope and persecution takes him to the streets, and into an all-out war of good versus evil.
