Hockey expert and the host of the MSG Network's Hockey Night Live
STAN FISCHLER and former New York Islander GLENN "CHICO" RESCH will speak about and sign their new book, Who's Better: Rangers, Devils, Islanders, or the Flyers.

The Rangers, Devils, Islanders and Flyers - and their fans - have been long time rivals. Now in their new book, hockey experts Stan Fischler and Glenn "Chico" Resch set out to stir debate and start a few arguments as they pick who they think is the best of the best of these four heated rivals.

You can’t count the number of times hockey fans have raised the question about their favorite players, teams, coaches - you name it. Inevitably, the discussions ensue because no aficionado is more passionate nor dedicated than the hockey fan. Give a follower of the Rangers, Devils, Islanders, and Flyers a subject for debate and you’ll get in return, keen interest and – more than likely – heated debate. This new book will not only invite fans in North America’s most hockey-intense corridor to debate their favorite subjects but the authors will provide authoritative, substantiated, anecdotal and statistical conclusions; which, of course, will spur further arguments.

Stan Fischler has written over sixty hockey books. He is a Lester Patrick Award winner and has been covering the NHL for over fifty years. He is currently the host of “Hockey Night Live” on the MSG Network.

Glenn “Chico” Resch won a Stanley Cup while playing Goalie for the New York Islanders. Chico played for three of teams mentioned in the book, as he had stints with the New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia Flyers. After his playing days were over he became an NHL coach. He has also authored two books. He is currently a hockey analyst for the Devils telecasts on the MSG and Fox Sports Networks.
