MIRIAM SMITH, AFTON FRASER, & MARGO SMITHWICK
Celebrate International Autism Awareness Day when
autism activists Miriam Smith, Afton Fraser, & Margo Smithwick speak about & sign their book Point to Happy.

“Point to happy. Point to sad. Point to hug. Give me a hug.”
Point to Happy is the first book of its kind written and designed for children on the autism spectrum who benefit from visual support. Included with clear text and photographs, which are compelling and easy to understand for children who benefit from visual stimulation. Clever and innovative in its simplicity, the parent reads and the child points to photographs with the book’s attached pointer.
Miriam Smith is a consultant at CUNY Media Relations as well as a former magazine writer and designer. Her daughter, Afton Fraser, is a writer, actress, and mother of three, one who has autism. Consultant for the book, Toni Giannone, is a Communication Dsiorders Specialist CCC/SLP, and founder of the Speech Academy.

All books signed at Book Revue events must be purchased at Book Revue. If you purchase your book at Book Revue in advance of the event, please save your receipt and bring it with you to the event.
